With great love and dedication, my children, my husband, and I have restored Villa Landenberger, one of the oldest and last true city mansions in Metzingen, and have now made it available for rent to you, our dear guests. The city mansion was built in 1896 and has been in the hands of my family ever since. With devotion and an eye for detail, my husband, our children, and I have made it our mission not only to preserve this beauty from the past but to turn it into a vibrant meeting place for travelers from all around the world. Every stone, each carving in the woodwork, and every carefully selected piece of furniture tells its own story, waiting to be continued by you.
The villa offers three exclusive apartments, each with its own charm: the airy Apartment Christian in the attic, the elegant Apartment Annemarie on the first floor, and the atmospheric Apartment Eugen on the ground floor, which features several themed rooms. Each apartment is a perfect symbiosis of antique flair and modern comfort, designed to maximize your well-being and make your stay unforgettable. Check-out: We ask that you vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM.
Occupancy: The villa accommodates up to six people. We ask you not to exceed this capacity to ensure comfort and quality for all guests.
Smoking: Please do not smoke inside the building. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
Quiet Hours: From 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, we kindly ask for quiet behavior to allow all guests to have a restful night.
Events: Please understand that bachelor parties and parties are not allowed. We want to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.
Energy Saving: Please turn off all electrical devices and lights before leaving Villa Landenberger.
Key Return: Please place the keys back in the key box.
Pets are generally not allowed.
Please assist us with waste separation by disposing of your waste according to local regulations.
If any damages occur during your stay, please inform us immediately so we can address them as quickly as possible.
